Terms and Conditions & Right of Withdrawal

1) Right of withdrawal (only consumers, B2C)

You have the right within 14 days to cancel this contract without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROACXTREME Climbing GmbH, Wallenburger Straße 35, 83714 Miesbach, Germany, email: info@rxclimbingholds.com Inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You can use the form below for this purpose. Sample cancellation form use, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days to be repaid from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.
We can refuse repayment, until we receive the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

They have the goods immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days to return to us from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.

Return shipping costs: In case of cancellation (without defect) bear She the direct costs of the return shipment.
Please pack the goods securely for transport; used/soiled goods may be refunded at a reduced value.

Exceptions: There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the following cases: individually manufactured custom-made products (e.g. custom-labeled products) and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

2) Incorrect delivery, transport damage & defects (warranty)

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, consumers have statutory rights Warranty rights (24 months) on defective goods.

• Incorrect delivery / missing items: Please report this within 7 days after delivery. We will send you a prepaid return label (DHL/Hermes) and deliver free replacement or refund the amount.

• Defects / Production flaws: Please send photos/videos and the order number. After review, you will receive Repair, replacement or refund according to §§ 437 ff. BGB.

• Transport damage: Please have any visible damage noted immediately by the delivery person; concealed damage within 48 hours Send us photos.

4) Return/Exchange Procedure – Step by Step

1. Have your order number ready.

2. Contact: Email to info@rxclimbingholds.com with a short description + photos (in case of defects/incorrect delivery).

3. You receive:

   • In case of shortage/incorrect delivery: Return label (prepaid) + Information regarding replacement delivery/refund,

   • In case of cancellation: Return address (costs borne by customer).

4. Pack the parcel securely; affix the return label to the outside.

5. After goods have been received: Replacement shipment or refund within 14 days (same payment method; for PayPal, to the same account).

5) B2B information (business customers)

For entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the following applies: No right of withdrawal. The statutory warranty rights apply; obligation to give notice of defects pursuant to [relevant legal provision]. § 377 HGB (Report any defects immediately upon receipt). Deviations can be agreed upon individually.

6) Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland)

For returns from non-EU countries, Customs/import duties and return shipping costs to be borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued. excl. Paid import duties/customs. Please return any refunds. Correct from a customs perspective Declare as "returned goods".
