1) Right of withdrawal (only consumers, B2C)<\/h2>

You have the right within\u00a014 days<\/strong>\u00a0to cancel this contract without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.<\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROACXTREME Climbing GmbH, Wallenburger Stra\u00dfe 35, 83714 Miesbach, Germany, email:\u00a0info@rxclimbingholds.com<\/b>\u00a0Inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You can use the form below for this purpose.\u00a0Sample cancellation form<\/strong>\u00a0use, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.<\/p>

Consequences of the revocation<\/h3>

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within\u00a014 days<\/strong>\u00a0to be repaid from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.
We can refuse repayment,\u00a0until we receive the goods back<\/strong>\u00a0or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>

They have the goods\u00a0immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days<\/strong>\u00a0to return to us from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.<\/p>

Return shipping costs:<\/strong>\u00a0In case of cancellation (without defect) bear\u00a0She<\/strong>\u00a0the direct costs of the return shipment.
Please pack the goods securely for transport; used\/soiled goods may be refunded at a reduced value.<\/p>

Exceptions:<\/strong>\u00a0There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the following cases:\u00a0individually manufactured custom-made products<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g. custom-labeled products) and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health\/hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>

2) Incorrect delivery, transport damage & defects (warranty)<\/h2>

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, consumers have statutory rights\u00a0Warranty rights (24 months)<\/strong>\u00a0on defective goods.<\/p>
